Mr Hudson - White Lies

He dropped his Library in favour of champagne sipping with the hip-hop glitterati, and after the effortless Kanye West assisted 'Supernova' it seemed like Mr Hudson's star was firmly in the ascendancy.

Having read comments as to how there is a deep meaning behind this tune it gives the impression they must have been listening to something else entirely, as it's riddled with clumsy lyrics and shallow observations, as the line "sometimes good men do bad things, just as bad men can do good" goes to prove. 'White Lies' is built around a similar synth driven beat to its predecessor but without ever threatening to change gears, whilst the heavy-handed bridge section is the aural equivalent of trying to put orange slices in a shepherd's pie.

With his icy Draco Malfoy duplicating look you wish he could have conjured up something more Hogwarts worthy than a recipe for musical sleep potion. Time to put in another call to your pals, Mr H.
