Little Boots - New In Town

Apparently inspired by her experience of arriving in the Los Angeles metropolis, in the vein of Girls Aloud and Sugababes, Little Boots - a.k.a. Victoria Hesketh - is a purveyor of straight-up British party pop. And she's not bad at it.

As polished as any artist in the aforementioned circle, huge basslines and club-footed kick drums ensure that the track moves along nicely, and the essential hook-laden chorus is well and truly evident. The marketplace is saturated and highly competetive, but there should be room for a Little one.
