Still sore from the commercial flop of her debut solo album, Tulisa Contostavlos is set to sue Will.i.am over royalties for the hit single 'Scream & Shout'.

Tulisa alleges that she wrote the lyrics for the number one single, which were then re-purposed and used for dastardly means.

The track was originally called 'I Don't Give A Fuck', but it was shelved from her debut album for being too 'commercial'. The lyrics in question include: 'When you hear this in the club / you’d better turn this shit up.'

A source told The Sun: "Tulisa is still fuming with Will for taking the song off her. The fact the song blew up only makes it worse. She’s well within her right to claim some of the publishing money. If she proves the words are hers, she could get a huge pay-out."

Sources close to the Black Eyed Peas frontman have labelled the claim as "ridiculous".
