Prince Harry Confirms As First Royal To Appear At The BRIT Awards

Prince Harry has confirmed as the first Royal to appear on the BRIT Awards, but he won't be dancing with JLS unfortunately. No, he'll be wishing the ceremony a very Happy 30th Birthday, by the sounds of things via video - the message will be "aired" during the show on 16th February at London’s Earls Court Arena.

Prince Harry comments: "The BRITs is a celebration of all that is totally outstanding and unique about British music. And what’s less well known about the BRITs is the fantastic work it does raising millions of pounds for the BRIT Trust which has benefited thousands of young people to develop their talents and generally enrich our society."

Those who will be singing and dancing, include Lady Gaga, Jay-Z, Cheryl Cole, Lily Allen, Dizzee Rascal & Florence and the Machine, Kasabian, JLS and Robbie Williams.

You'll be able to watch the whole thing live on ITV1 from 8pm.
