Hell hath no fury like a rapper scorned. Nicki Minaj has slammed both Perez Hilton and Mariah Carey across several angry tweets.

So what's Nicki angry about now? Here's some context. On American Idol's Wednesday episode, Nicki and Mariah had a bit of a spat. Mariah took exception to one of Nicki's comments and hit back with a barb of her own, namely how many hits she's had over her fellow Idol judge.

Nicki retaliated and offered Mariah a Q-tip to clean out her ears, suggesting that the '#Beautiful' singer had completely misunderstood what she'd said in her critique.

Perez Hilton had to get involved, of course, because he needs one diva's seal of approval per week or he suffers withdrawal.

"The ladiez got into it while the contestants were performing songs currently on the radio," he wrote.

"In major music feuding style, the Billboard Hot 100 list came up, and THAT’S when Mariah threw some serious shade Nicki Minaj’s way!

"SO. MUCH. SHADE!

"Seriously, disses were flying so hard we’re surprised Nicki’s wig didn’t fall off!"

That's when Nicki got mad and she responded as only she could with a reference to Perez and Azealia Banks' infamous spat: "Bwaha! Burn? Shes sad i tied her record for Hot 100 entries in only 3 years of being in the game. Yep, a black female rapper. @perezhilton"

Minaj added: "What u SHOULD be doing (wit your messy ass) is asking why a woman SO successful at her age, is still so INSECURE, and bitter @perezhilton"

Minaj also hinted at recent reports that American Idol bosses considered replacing Carey with former judge Jennifer Lopez midway through this season.

"All dem #1s but JLo phone ringin?" she wrote. "Lol. I guess having a personality, being a secure woman and giving genuine critique still trumps that."
