Mumford & Sons get the folk back onto the road
Mumford and sons ARE BACK
When we first heard of them, we thought they were a butchers' chain. Then we were informed they were a folk band. Then we tunred our back for two minutes and suddenly they'd had a top five album. Yup, Mumford & Sons have come far this year, if sadly not far enough to countenance a name change. Anyway, by way of underlining just how excellent a year 2009 was for them, they'll spend next March prancing around mid-sized venues and doubtless looking like the proverbial cats that got the proverbial cream.
