Limp Bizkit

Where did the attitude go? It's a sad day for American rock music as Limp Bizkit return with a damp new sound.

The Fred Durst-fronted band have released the video for new single 'Lightz' and it's a surreal departure from their usual style. Think of a whinier hybrid of Daughtry and Nickelback with commercial radio hip hop; once you've reached that nightmare in your mind, you're just about prepared for this.

'Lightz' is so radically different that it's bound to alienate even the most forgiving Limp fans. It's indistinguishable from every other brand of Diet Hip Hop saturating American radio. Even Fred's angriest face can't sell lyrics like 'I sleep in the day like some vampire life'.
