Katy Perry has dislodged Gotye from the top of the UK singles chart with 'Part of Me'.

Perry's single has ended Gotye's four week reign at the top of the charts. Even though it does sound remarkably similar to 'Till the World Ends' by everyone's favourite pop-bot, 'Part of Me' has given Perry another number one from the Teenage Dream album.

Sean Paul has managed to rediscover his successes this week as 'She Doesn't Mind' comes in at number two. The single is his first UK hit since 2009's 'So Fine'.

Perry and Sean Paul nudge Gotye down to number three with 'Somebody That I Used to Know'.

Labrinth scores himself another top five hit with 'Last Time' landing at four. In the wake of Marcus Collins' struggles in the charts, Syco is probably ecstatic over the position.

Nicki Minaj drops three places to number five with 'StarShips' on its sixth week in the chart. The strong performance of the single is a good indication for the potential success of the 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' release in April.

JLS get a decent placing with their Sport Relief 2012 single 'Proud', which finishes the week at number six.

Sia's at number seven and eight this week as she continues her incredible run with David Guetta and Flo Rida respectively. 'Titanium' is now in its 19th week on the chart, while 'Wild Ones' is in its ninth.

Emeli Sandé drops to number nine with 'Next to Me' and David Guetta rounds off the top 10 with 'Turn Me On' featuring Nicki Minaj.

Are you happy that Gotye's chart reign has ended or are you hoping for a return to the top spot next week? The midweek chart will tell all...
