Justin Bieber has started a series of rambling, existentialist tweets after allegedly being caught smoking a joint.
Gossip-peddlers TMZ published the pictures today, which prompted kd lang's daughter Justin Bieber to send a series of down-hearted, introspective tweets.
The picture shows Biebs "clutching a smouldering blunt" while partying with Lil Twist at a hotel in Newport Beach. Lil Twist was driving Bieber's Ferrari last week when a photographer was killed trying to snap the popstar.
