Metallica Announce 2009 UK Tour
The first full tour of the UK in over 12 years to happen next Spring.
Metallica have announced a UK tour for Spring 2009.
The band released their 12th album 'Death Magnetic' last month, and will now tour the UK for the first time since October 1996. They recently played a fan-only charity show at the O2 Arena, as well as playing to 300 competition winners at the BBC Radio Theatre.
The new arena shows will feature Metallica in the round, with general admission on the floor, and reserved seating off the floor. Support on all the dates will come from Machine Head and The Sword.

Tickets go on sale 9am, 24th October.
