Kate Nash Records New Material
The singer has laid down 16 demo tracks for the follow-up to 'Made Of Bricks'.
Kate Nash has revealed she has up to 16 new songs ready for her second album.
The singer told BBC Newsbeat that she has recorded the demo tracks with a view to complete the sessions over the next couple of months. She said: "I've done a bunch of demos. I've got about 14 to 16 songs recorded and I'm going to do another session at the end of the month."
Nash went on to say that the new material will have a harder sound compared to her 2007 debut 'Made Of Bricks'. Song titles include 'I Hate Seagulls', 'Froggy' and 'Cat Song'.
Currently looking for a producer to work with, Nash aims to release the album later this year.
