Arctic Monkeys' new concert film is to be screened in cinemas ahead of its DVD release.

Presented by Warp Films, Domino and Bang Bang, 'Arctic Monkeys At The Apollo' is a 76 minute film of the last show of their 2007 world tour, shot at Manchester Apollo. It will be screened at a selection of Vue and other independent cinemas in the UK for one night only on Tuesday 14th October, featuring an exclusive filmed introduction by the band.

The film is directed by Richard Ayoade (Warp Films music video director), directors of photography led by Danny Cohen (This Is England, Pierrepoint), edited by BAFTA winning editor Nick Fenton (The Boy Whose Skin Fell Off, Sigur Ros documentary Heima'), and produced by BAFTA winning Diarmid Scrimshaw from Warp Films.

Tickets for Vue cinema screenings will go on sale at 9am on 16th September. Independent Cinema screening tickets will go on sale at 9am on 22nd September - for details of how to purchase tickets go to www.arcticmonkeysattheapollo.com.
