This is an electro oddity that is sure to light up the dance floor and fry your brain. The solid grooves will keep your body moving and your limbs flailing for the entire four minutes. With this, their third single from the album 'Apocalypso', The Presets have made some seriously powerful, new sounding, soul-shaking electronica which blows the synths right off of Hot Chip.
The two-piece take direct and wide influences from bands as diverse as Kraftwerk and Goldfrapp and it is because of this that the sound is directly engineered toward clambering the Top 40 ladder. Though it needs to be said, with the beats providing a sense of sleaze and a unique confidence there is enough to appeal to the alternative side of the pop coin too.
