Carl Barat was hospitalised yesterday (17th June) after suffering from stomach pains.
The Dirty Pretty Things frontman has now been diagnosed with acute pancreatitis, and will remain under observation until the weekend.
As a result, Dirty Pretty Things have postponed their London Hackney Empire gig on Friday 20th June, which was to raise money for Real Fits.
