The nominations for this year's NME Awards have been revealed, with Arctic Monkeys up for seven prizes.

The shortlist for the 2008 awards show also sees The Cribs and Klaxons do well, being up for best British band. The winners, voted for by NME readers, will be announced at a star-studded ceremony at IndigO2 on 28th February.
