Mika was the big winner at the World Music Awards this weekend.

The award ceremony took place in Monte Carlo on Sunday, 4th November, recognises the globe's best selling artists and saw the singer taking home four awards. Mika was named the best-selling new artist, male entertainer, pop/rock artist, and British artist.

Other winners included Rihanna, Akon and Avril Lavigne. The winners were:
