Nada Surf have announced they are to release their new album in February 2008.
'Lucky' is the trio's fifth album, and is the second release on the City Slang label. The follow-up to 'The Weight Is A Gift' was recorded in Seattle and produced by the band with John Goodmanson. Making appearances on the LP are Death Cab For Cutie's Ben Gibbard, Ed Harcourt, John Roderick of The Long Winters, and guitarist Phil Wanderscher from Jesse Sykes & the Sweet Hereafter.
