Paramore are the latest signing to US label Fueled by Ramen, and much like fellow Tennesseeans Be Your Own Pet are obscenely young - the band are fronted by 17-year-old Hayley Williams, and drummer Zack Farro just 15.

As album title 'All We Know Is Falling' suggests, it would be easy to put Paramore in the 'emo' bracket; their music does sit somewhere between the angst of Avril Lavigne and quirky rock of Fall Out Boy. If nothing else, this should give the band a good chance of breaking through.

'All We Know' begins in suitably angsty teen fashion, Hayley's vocals prove strong and memorable, and backed with a catchy tune gives a good first impression. The rest of the album plays out in similar style - which is where the problems lie. 'Brighter' stands out, however, a more uplifting track, Paramore taking time to slow things down with plucked guitar during the building verse.

'All We Know Is Falling' isn't the best album around, but is far from the worst. With catchy, angst-ridden lyrics and catchy pop-punk beats, this group of youngsters have written a great debut album for their age, that will appeal to a wide variety of audiences.
